This is concept work: a self-initiated design and engineering study by Hectagon, not a client engagement. It shows how we would approach the problem; it makes no claims about real-world results.

01Overview

TechMart is a self-initiated concept: how an electronics retailer in Pakistan could sell online with the clarity of the best global stores.

02Challenge

Shoppers compare specifications, prices and warranties across many tabs. The concept explores how to make that comparison effortless on a phone.

03Approach

We prototyped discovery, comparison and checkout as one continuous flow.

  • Side-by-side comparison of up to four products

  • Plain-language specifications

  • Delivery date shown before checkout

04Solution

A concept storefront with guided discovery, comparison and a fast checkout.

05Outcome

A tested design system and prototype that informs our retail and e-commerce work.
